The Hawks travel to high-flying AFC Hornchurch for a Ryman League Division One North match.
Harlow are going through their leanest period of the season so far, and despite good runs in the FA Cup and FA Trophy, the defeat to Tilbury at the weekend compounded the league woes.
The Hawks are 14th in the league table, having won two, drawn two and lost two of the last six league games. With only 8 points returned from a possible 18, even with games-in-hand Harlow have dropped off the pace. Hornchurch meanwhile, are in fine league form. Four wins, a draw, and a loss have seen them continue to press for automatic promotion.
Hornchurch are third in the league table, with 42 points from their 19 games. Harlow are 14 points behind on 28, albeit only having played 16 games.
Ryan Melaugh will miss the game through suspension after accruing five yellow cards, and after having put in good performances of late it will be a big loss. Hornchurch, however, will be buoyed by the signing of Paul Goodacre who has re-joined on a dual-registration with Bishop’s Stortford.
