All the key details about our next fixture, away to Southend Manor FC.

Having gone away to Brismdown and brought home all three points, our focus now shifts to our third successive away game, against Southend Manor away in the Thurlow Nunn League First Division South. The match will be played on Saturday, kicking off at 3pm, and we’d love to see as many travelling away fans as possible.

The game will be played at Southend Manor’s stadium, the Southchurch Park Arena Stadium, which is located in Southend-on-Sea, SS1 2XB. If you are planning on travelling via public transport, the stadium is a 0.7 mile walk from Southend East railway station, or a 1.4 mile walk from Southend Central. The club have stated that limited free parking is available in the main car park on Northumberland Crescent, but it will fill quickly. Having said this, it’s no secret that parking in Southend can be expensive, with the main car parks charging around £18 for the day and a lack of free car parks.

Entry to Saturday’s game will cost £7 for adults, £5 for concessions and £2 for under-16s.

Southend Manor are a football club that were established back in 1955, and some of their biggest honours include Essex Senior League champions in 1990-91, and Essex Senior Trophy winners in 1992-93. This season, Southend Manor sit in 18th place in the league, most recently beating Dunmow Town 3-2 away from home on Tuesday night. Harlow Town have played Southend Manor on a few occasions, beating them 4-0 in the 17-18 season in the Essex County Cup and 5-1 in the Emirates FA Cup in the 15-16 season. Current player Junior Dadson scored in both of those games, with Fabion Simms scoring in the FA Cup victory.

As already mentioned, the team will need as many fans as possible behind them on Saturday, and we look forward to seeing many of you at the game.
